Terms of service

1. Definitions

"We", "us", and "Sona Agency" refer to Sona Agency, a sole proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh under GSTIN 09AATPT5515E1Z9, with its principal place of business at Ground Floor, GF-12, Shivam Market Complex, RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002, India. "You" refers to the buyer placing an order through this site. "Site" refers to sonatradingco.in.

2. B2B-only sales

Products on this site are sold for business and wholesale use only. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for business use, not personal household consumption, and that the GSTIN supplied at checkout is held by you (or an entity you are authorised to bind). We may decline an order if the GSTIN cannot be verified or appears to belong to a different entity.

3. Pricing & tax

All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST at 18% (HSN 3401 / 3402 / 3808 — typical for cleaning chemicals). Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is also inclusive of 18% GST. Where the buyer's registered state differs from Uttar Pradesh, GST is charged as IGST 18%; for intra-state (Uttar Pradesh) shipments, the same 18% is split into CGST 9% and SGST 9%. We issue a GST invoice for every order to the GSTIN you supply.

4. Order acceptance

Orders are accepted subject to product availability, GSTIN validation, and serviceability of the shipping address. The minimum order value is ₹3,000 per order. We reserve the right to cancel any order with full refund if a product is mispriced, unavailable, the GSTIN is invalid, or the shipping address is in a region we don't currently service. Refunds for such cancellations are issued via Razorpay to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets. Cash on delivery is not available for wholesale orders. By placing an order, you authorise us (and Razorpay) to charge the agreed amount to your selected payment method. We never store card or bank-account details on our servers.

6. Shipping

Orders dispatch from our Ghaziabad warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines, zone-based shipping rates, and serviceable areas are documented on the shipping page. We do not currently ship to North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, or Lakshadweep.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments, reported within 7 days of delivery, and require the original GST invoice and intact packaging. Buyer's-remorse and opened/used returns are not accepted. Full process and refund timeline on the returns page.

8. Cancellation

Once payment is captured, the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds are available only via the return process for accepted reasons. Full details on the cancellation page.

9. GST invoicing

GST invoices are issued for every order to the GSTIN provided at checkout. We are registered under GSTIN 09AATPT5515E1Z9. Invoices are sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch and are also available on request.

10. Acceptable use & intellectual property

Don't use this site to scrape, attack, impersonate, or attempt unauthorised access. Product imagery, copy, and trademarks on this site belong to Sona Agency or our suppliers; do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

11. Liability

Our products are industrial / commercial cleaning chemicals — read the safety information on each product page and on the label. We are not liable for misuse outside of stated instructions (e.g. mixing incompatible chemicals, ingestion, unsupervised access by minors). Where required by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
