Returns & refunds

7-day window. Damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments only.

When you can return

Within 7 days of delivery. Returns reported after this window cannot be accepted.

What we accept

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective on arrival (leaking, broken seal, contaminated product)
  • Wrong item shipped (mismatched SKU)

What we don't accept: buyer's-remorse returns, opened or used product (for hygiene and chemical-safety reasons), and damage caused after delivery.

All returns require the original GST invoice and intact packaging.

How the process works

  1. Within 7 days of delivery, WhatsApp +91-9911110367 with your order number plus photos of the damaged/wrong item and outer packaging.
  2. We acknowledge within 1 business day and confirm whether you want a replacement or refund.
  3. You ship the item back to our Ghaziabad warehouse at your cost (we share the address).
  4. Once received, replacement is dispatched within 2 business days, or refund is issued in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Timeline: 5–7 business days from receipt of returned goods.
  • Method: Original payment method. Razorpay-initiated; the credit arrives in the same UPI / card / bank account that originally paid.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping. We'll share our warehouse address when the return is approved.
