Cancellation

Wholesale orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once paid.

Cancellation window

Once payment is captured, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are available only via the return process, and only for damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments reported within 7 days of delivery.

If something has gone wrong

If you placed an order and need to discuss it (wrong PIN code, duplicate order, urgent change of address), WhatsApp us at +91-9911110367 immediately. We'll do what we can if the order hasn't dispatched yet — but please understand the written policy is "no cancellations once paid", and we keep the right to enforce it.

If your order was paid in error

For duplicate-payment, technical-glitch, or fraud-related claims, contact sonaagency15@gmail.com with your order ID, payment reference, and a brief description. We work with Razorpay to investigate and refund where appropriate.
